Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

At Soulsei, every piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If, however, you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 2-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, jewellery cards, pouches, tags, and invoices must be included.

  • The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused after delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support via WhatsApp with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Clear images of the product

  • Images of the original packaging

Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days, wherever service is available.


Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.


Exchange Policy

You can exchange your product for:

  • The same design (subject to stock availability), or

  • Any other product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, will be payable).

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
